We are pleased to inform you that, as of December 6th, 2024, TH Group NV (TH) has become the sole shareholder of TH Trucks srl, as Mr. Chita has chosen to step back as a 50% shareholder and director and spend as much time as possible with his family in the coming years. TH and the Board of TH Trucks srl want to expressly thank Mr. Chita, founder and driving force of TH Trucks srl, for the many years of dedication and hard work through which he built the company EVW and later TH Trucks into one of the largest and most successful DAF dealers in the world.

This transition marks another significant milestone in TH Trucks srl development, providing the opportunity to further strengthen its ambitions and benefit from TH’s extensive experience, vision, and commitment. The full acquisition of TH Trucks srl by TH reflects its long-term commitment to investing in the commercial vehicles market, while strengthening its position as a major European commercial vehicles distributor with a presence in 11 countries and more than 60 dealerships.

Mrs. Klara Szasz, with her experience and deep knowledge of the company, will replace Mr. Chita  within the Board of TH Trucks srl. Together with the existing Management team, we are confident that TH Trucks srl is ready to make 2025 another successful year.
