DAF LF voted “Fleet Truck of the Year” again
For the second consecutive year, DAF Trucks has won the British title of “Fleet Truck of the Year” with its market-leading DAF LF distribution truck range at the 2018 Commercial Fleet Awards. This is already the fifth top accolade DAF has received in European markets this year.
In tough competition with the competition, the DAF LF emerged victorious for its flexibility, reliability, the clear interest shown by fleet operators and the after-sales support offered by DAF. The jury said: “The LF retained its title, once again being voted the favourite truck for fleets. The LF’s versatility in urban environments is a defining feature, while the spacious cab and refined driving experience make it a driver’s favourite. Strong support from DAF, plus reliability and low running costs combine to form an unbeatable package.”
DAF Trucks' premium XF series – alongside the CF series – was voted "International Truck of the Year 2018" and subsequently received national Truck of the Year awards in Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Northern Ireland.
