PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
TH TRUCKS offers you the opportunity to work in a motivating and dynamic environment, through development projects and a team of professionals. We are currently looking for a Public Procurement Specialist for our location in Gilău, Str. Lunii, no. 2, Cluj County.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying public tender opportunities for the sale of trucks, spare parts, and vehicle repair services;
- Analyzing qualification requirements specified in tender documentation;
- Preparing the necessary documents for participation in tenders (qualification documents, technical offer, financial offer);
- Preparing the documentation required for issuing bid guarantees and monitoring the recovery of paid guarantees;
- Monitoring the tender calendar and meeting submission deadlines;
- Participating in tenders, handling clarification requests and potential appeals;
- Overseeing contract signing after winning tenders and collaborating with other departments to fulfill contractual obligations;
- Maintaining relationships with contracting authorities.
Requirements:
- Higher education (a technical background is an advantage);
- Relevant experience in the technical field and public tenders;
- Strong knowledge of the national tendering platform SEAP/SICAP;
- Proficient in using MS Office package;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail;
- Dynamic, persuasive, and results-oriented individual.
