Mechanical service
– periodic maintenance and general repairs
– complex repairs of engines, air and brake systems, axles – bridges, gearboxes, differentials

Electrical service
– computerized diagnosis of electrical-electronic systems for all brands of trucks, trailers-semi-trailers
– ABS-EBS, Wabco and Knorr-Bremse semi-trailer braking system diagnosis
– assembly and repair of Webasto, Eberspacher auxiliary heaters, as well as equipping vehicles with audio/video systems, tachographs, GPS fleet management systems, etc.

Computerized diagnosis
– diagnostics of electronic systems for all truck brands using TEXA and BOSCH equipment
– ITP type works and checks of braking, steering and suspension systems – using RAR approved stands
– diagnostics of ABS-EBS systems with WABCO and Knorr – Bremse equipment for all brands of trailers and semi-trailers
Tinsmithing & painting
All repairs involving the metal structure of the car are carried out in a separate space. The main asset of this activity is the highly qualified staff, which allows us to repair all brands of trucks and utility vehicles after accidents.
Very important: we repair semi-trailer structures (shutters, crossbars, pillars, doors, anti-cyclist bars, rear bumpers, etc.).
At the paint shop, our specialists carry out their work using the most modern working methods (both technically, economically and ecologically).
Preparation for painting:
-in special spaces, equipped with filters and suction installations
-this way we take care of the quality of the operation, the bodywork being protected
The actual painting:
-it is performed in special ovens with adjustable temperature
Accident service
For your business to thrive, you need a trusted partner to support you in unforeseen situations, when your truck has suffered damage in a road accident. TH Trucks Service collaborates with most insurance companies operating on the Romanian market, developing programs and partnerships as a result of which the unavailability of your truck will be minimized by reducing to the maximum the period necessary for the completion of the approval, assessment and repair formalities.
Wheel geometry
By performing wheel alignment, incidents and accidents that may occur while the vehicle is running, due to wear of tires and steering mechanism parts, are avoided.
Wheel alignment should also be performed periodically when replacing parts of the steering system, suspension system, or tires.
We have all the equipment necessary for such operations.

PTI
Complementing the service work carried out by TH Trucks through its dealer network, the service periodic technical inspection (ITP), is intended to be an added value in gaining the trust of our customers.
All these types of checks are carried out under the assistance and authorization of the Romanian Automobile Registry (RAR).
Documents required for performing ITP
– vehicle identity card (CIV)
– registration certificate (ticket)
– valid identity document of the person presenting the vehicle for ITP
– RCA insurance valid on the date of verification
– valid tachograph verification certificate (for vehicles equipped with a tachograph)
– all original documents
