AUCTION SPECIALIST
TH TRUCKS offers you the opportunity of a motivating, dynamic environment through development projects and its team of professionals, being looking for a Auction specialist for the location in Gilau, 2 Lunii Street, Cluj County.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying public auction opportunities for the sale of trucks, parts and vehicle repair services;
- Analysis of the qualification conditions provided in the award documentation;
- Preparing the necessary documents for participation in tenders (qualification documents, technical offer, financial offer);
- Preparing the necessary documentation for issuing the guarantee for participation in auctions and following up on the recovery of the paid guarantees;
- Monitoring the auction calendar and compliance with deadlines;
- Participation in tenders, management of requests for clarification and possible appeals;
- Monitoring the conclusion of the contract upon winning the tender and collaborating with other departments to fulfill contractual obligations;
- Maintaining the relationship with contracting authorities.
Requirements:
- Higher education, technical background is an advantage;
- Relevant experience in the technical field and public tenders;
- Very good knowledge of using the national auction platform SEAP/SICAP;
- Knowledge of using MS Office package;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and attention to detail skills;
- Dynamic, persuasive, results-oriented person.
