The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC TH Trucks SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SC TH Trucks SRL from the respective customer. Regardless of the method of sending the order (on the online store, by e-mail, by phone or other method), acceptance of the order, i.e. the conclusion of the agreement of will and the sale-purchase contract, is made when the customer signs the fiscal invoice accompanying the product or the delivery documents provided by the express courier company. The fiscal invoice takes the place of the Sales-Purchase Contract. The launch of the order, the automatic email sent after receiving the order, telephone discussions, by email or other methods, with the staff of SC TH Trucks SRL, do not constitute firm acceptance of the order and therefore do not signify the conclusion of the distance contract.

Limitation of liability for prices
SC TH Trucks SRL reserves the right to modify without prior notice any of the product prices, as well as to eliminate some products, replace them or introduce new ones. The prices presented do not include VAT (20%), and delivery costs, unless expressly specified otherwise on the website. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the sales consultant at the time of order confirmation as a firm order or, in the case of orders with online payment directly with a credit card, this price will be the one published on the online store at the time of purchase. There is no minimum order price limit.

Also, the promotions apply only to orders that are registered by the company during the period in which the promotion is valid and only within the limit of the available stock. SC TH Trucks SRL does not guarantee the availability of the products in stock for the promotion and may interrupt or cancel it at any time without prior notice.

Disputes and final provisions
Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on www.thtrucks.ro or by the information presented on this website and which is not already dealt with by any article in this document, will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the user. If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the competence lies with the Romanian courts, TH Trucks choosing the competence of the courts within the jurisdiction of the municipality of Cluj-Napoca.

Environmental information
TH Trucks SRL carried out its activity based on environmental permits issued by local environmental authorities, for the work points for which authorization is required (Arad, Brașov, Chiajna, Gilău, Pantelimon, Sânnicora).
According to environmental permits, the company is obliged to monitor emissions into water and atmosphere from technological installations on authorized sites. According to the monitoring carried out in the first half of 2019, there were no exceedances of the monitored indicators.
Waste management is carried out in accordance with the provisions of environmental permits, with contracts concluded with authorized operators for the recovery or disposal of all waste generated on the embankments. Monthly reports on waste requested by the authorities are submitted.
As an importer of car batteries, TH Trucks SRL obtained in July 2019 the update of the registration number in the register of car battery and accumulator manufacturers.
As a manufacturer of retreaded tires, TH Trucks obtained reconfirmation of its registration as a tire waste recycler on the website of the Ministry of Economy.
In 2019, the environmental authorities inspected the work sites in Arad and Gilău and did not identify any non-conformities. In 2019, from January to August, no complaints/complaints from interested parties on environmental protection issues were registered.

The company is ISO 140001:2015 certified, with the 2019 surveillance audit further confirming the certification.

The Client fully assumes these risks once he expresses his agreement to this Client Agreement.
