Motor vehicles subject to the road tax and subject to the road tax are all motor vehicles or combinations of motor vehicles with a total permissible weight of at least 7.5 tonnes, intended for
– freight transport (first possibility)
or
-used for the transport of goods (second possibility).
In order to justify the obligation to pay the toll, it is sufficient to fulfil one of the two possibilities provided for in Article 1(1), sentence 2, point 1 of the Road Use Toll Act.
